Pre-orders ship in the order they were placed. The 100-night trial starts the day it arrives, not the day you paid.

What if they would rather return it?
They get the full 100-night trial, counted from the day it arrives rather than the day you ordered. Returns are free, the refund goes back to you, and we never mention the price to them.
Can they change the finish later?
Yes, any time before it ships. Reply to the gift email (or ask them to) and we’ll swap between Noon, Ember and Moon for free. After it arrives, the trial covers an exchange too.
What if they already have one?
Then they have someone to play with: two Rondos lock to the same tempo over Bluetooth MIDI. If they’d still rather not, they can return it within the trial for a full refund to you.
Will they see what I paid?
No. Neither card shows a price, and the receipt comes to you.
Can I send the loop without buying anything?
Of course. Download the card or copy the link above. The loop plays in any browser, with no account and nothing to install.
